Two open air pool enthusiasts (the above mentioned Bob and Dave no less!) were inspired by the book Liquid Assets and their love of outdoor pools/lidos and have determined they will swim a mile in each one in the UK, and came to Wotton in July...
There was a good turn out and much competitive swimming as usual. But just like most of the rest of the summer the weather was cool and damp. A cracking trade was done at the bacon sandwich stall though!
The Wotton Pool website is operated by the Wotton Swimming Pool Club, The volunteer group who run it alongside the council.
